You and your guests would receive on average one of every dish between four people.

Some of the below dishes will be swapped out for alternative off the rotating a la carte menu.

These menus are designed for sharing and available when pre-booked. Please advise of any dietary requirements for individual guests and please note, that can we cater to all.

Ukoy Fritters – butternut, carrot, sweet potato, lemongrass chilli dip (v/gf)

Crumbled Halloumi Fingers – banana ketchup (v)

Prawn & Pineapple Kinilaw – flash-cured prawn w pomegranate, chilli, red onion, ginger, radish (gf)

Roasted Cauliflower Salad – coconut yoghurt, preserved lemon, pomegranate, toasted coconut flakes, cashew miso dressing (vg/gf/n)

Ginataan Coconut Pumpkin Curry – french beans, eggplant, oak choi (vg/gf) 

Slow Roasted Lechon – crispy tender pork belly, atchara, humba bbq sauce

Steamed Rice – sweet potato seasoning, spring onion

OPTION 2 – £31 Per Person – 7 Main Courses + 2 Extra (9 Total)

Oxtail Kare Kare Croquettes – peanut shrimp satay, eggplant, beans, pak choi (n) 

Roasted Root Vegetables – honey glaze hazelnuts, whipped goat curd, beets
