Filipino trailbrazers Rapsa launches a Taco and Frozen Cocktail concession in Selfridges Food Hall
Next week, Londoners will be able to say ‘Halo Halo’ to the latest pop-up with a modern take on the Ube-delicious Filipino national dessert. This exciting new venture will feature unique Pinoy tacos, frozen cocktails including the tropical Pinoy Colada and the ultimate refresher Kalamansi Margarita.
Located in the hub of Selfridges Food Hall, the pop up will open for six weeks only on Monday 28th June. Created especially for the event by Executive Chef Francis Puyat, the menu comprises the perfect shopping pick-me-up:
