Dry wine. 2018 Reviews: “Salty yeast and fresh red-apple peel make for a nose that is both savory and fruity. The palate of this wine adds bright lemon freshness to this beautifully textured wine that still shimmers with yeasty funk. It has intensity and personality but above all pervasive, full-flavored freshness.” – 92pts, Wine Enthusiast
